This innovative on hold system is a network /
internet enabled MP3 audio unit, with loop playback functionality. The system
also allows for centralised / remote management of single or multiple office
sites, which significantly reduces the cost involved with updating and content
management.
You just plug the
system
into a network (Ethernet) port and it will automatically start checking for new
content, whilst continuing to play the current one. True "set and forget"
operation. No Software to install or learn!

Features
Technical Requirements:
Each office site must have permanent broadband internet
connectivity. The Network Enabled On Hold System plugs into a standard network
router port and the on hold audio input of the phone system. The system sends pull requests to our server via the standard PORT 80, so no special firewall provisions need to be configured or allowed for.
