You have a choice what type of banner you would like on your website. There are advantages and disadvantages of the 2 types:
This effective banner is small and therefore does not take
up too much space. The disadvantage is that less people are likely to
click on it, and therefore you will make less money through eventual
sales.
This effective banner is quite large and therefore take
up a fair portion of the screen. This is however advantageous since more
people will take notice of it, and click on it to make a purchase,
resulting in you making money.
